My Better Artificial Intelligence Inc., is the owner and operator of the My Better AI website, platform, and all associated services ('Services'). These Terms govern your use of the Services. By accessing or using them, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms').
Account Creation and Access
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need parent or legal guardian consent.
Account Responsibility: You're responsible for all activity in your account and for keeping your login information secure.
Termination by User: Delete your account in the app settings anytime to terminate.
Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account, without advanced notice, for violating these Terms, applicable laws, or for extended inactivity.
Acceptable Use
No Illegal Activity: Don't use My Better AI for anything illegal or harmful.
Respect Intellectual Property: Don't use My Better AI to willingly infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Modification and Distribution: You may not modify, reproduce, lease, sell, or distribute any part of our Services.
No Harmful Content: Don't create or share content that's offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence.
Don't Endanger Humans: Don't use My Better AI to make life-critical decisions, in medical treatment, or in any way that could endanger human life or safety.
Don't Abuse the System: Don't try to hack, disrupt, or overload our Services.
Content
Your Input: You own the content you provide as input (prompts, data).
AI Output: We assign you the rights to the AI-generated output, but you can't use it to reverse-engineer our Services. Because of the nature of our AI services, the output you receive may not be unique, and other users might get similar results. Our ownership assignment does not cover output given to other users or third-party content.
Our Access: We may analyze AI-generated outputs to improve the platform, and develop new features. For more information see our Privacy Policy.
No Guarantees: AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Don't rely on it for critical decisions.

Disclaimers
No Warranties: We provide My Better AI "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Right to Modify: We may add, remove, or change features, functionalities, or the entire application at any time, with or without notice.
Limited Liability: We're not responsible for damages arising from your use of My Better AI, including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, except as required by law.
Indemnity
You consent to shield, uphold, and absolve My Better AI, including its executives, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all deficits, liabilities, outlays, damages, demands, and expenditure, encompassing valid attorney's fees and court charges, that emanate from or are connected to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) any deceptive, misguiding, or incorrect information you supply to My Better AI or deliver through the Services; or (c) any deliberate infringement of another's privileges or any injury inflicted by your conduct. My Better AI retains the right to undertake the sole defense and supervision of any incident needing indemnification.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use means you accept the updates.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations. You agree to notify us of any dispute, and both parties will use good faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days of such notice.
Class Action and Jury Trial Waivers
Any disputes must be resolved on an individual basis and cannot be pursued as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations and representative actions are expressly prohibited, and only individual remedies are available. This agreement does not prevent participation in class-wide settlements.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any attempt to do so will be invalid. However, we reserve the right to assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor in connection with our business or Services.
Non-Waiver:
Failure by My Better AI to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver of rights or provisions in these Terms will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of My Better AI.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any policies or agreements expressly referenced within, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Better AI concerning your use of the Services. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter covered in these Terms.

Any notices or communications related to these Terms of Use must be sent to My Better AI at hello@mybetter.ai. We will send any notifications to the email address you provided during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is up to date.
