My Better Artificial Intelligence Inc. owns and runs the My Better AI app, website, and services (we’ll call all of this the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 13+ to have an account. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s okay.
You’re in charge of what happens in your account. Keep your login safe!
You can leave anytime by deleting your account in the app settings.
We can suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, the law, or if your account is inactive for a long time.
No illegal stuff.
Respect others’ work. Don’t copy or steal content or break copyright/trademark laws.
Don’t copy, modify, or sell any part of our Services.
Be kind. Don’t post anything hateful, offensive, or violent.
Stay safe. Don’t use My Better AI to make life-or-death decisions (like medical treatments).
Don’t try to hack, break, or overload the system.
Your stuff: You own the content you put in (like prompts).
AI answers: You get the rights to the output you receive. But, you can't use it to figure out how our AI works.
Outputs may not be unique—others might get similar results.
Our access: We may look at outputs to improve the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We explain how we collect and use your info in our Privacy Policy.
We provide My Better AI “as is.” It might change, get updates, or even be removed at any time.
We’re not responsible for any harm or losses from using the app, unless required by law.
🛡️ Your Responsibility
If you break these Terms or cause harm through your use, you agree to cover any costs or damages. (This includes legal fees if needed.)
We may update these Terms. Keep using the app? That means you accept the new Terms.
If we have a disagreement, we’ll try to resolve it informally first. Let us know about any issues, and we’ll both work in good faith to sort things out within 30 days.
Disputes must be handled one-on-one. No class actions or group claims (unless it’s part of a class-wide settlement).
You can’t transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our okay. We can transfer ours if needed (like if the company changes ownership).
If we don’t enforce something right away, it doesn’t mean we’ve waived that rule for the future.
These Terms (plus any linked policies) are the whole agreement between you and us. They replace any previous agreements or discussions.

License to Use the App
If you got the app from the App Store, here's the deal:
The app is licensed to you (not sold). You can use it on Apple devices you own or control, just for personal use (unless we say otherwise).
You can't:
Share it over a network for multiple devices at once.
Copy, change, or try to figure out how it works (like reverse-engineering it)—unless the law allows it.
You must follow Apple's Usage Rules.
Apple's Role
Apple isn’t part of these Terms, but it can enforce them. By using the app, you agree that Apple (and its companies) are allowed to make sure the Terms are followed.
